24/129 flac files still dont play ???????

I use the heos 7 and When i update the new software today and i really want to listen 24/192 flac files but still does not work it always says unsported files.
Please solve the problem asap.but not only heos amp and link can play????? If yes this is too bad and I dont want to belive that!!!!!!!!!!!
I hope solve the problem and i can play 24/192 files with my heos 7.
