Unhappy with it

I am quite unhappy with the Heos products: for me it is not easy to use, not intuitive, it seems to me quite slow as well. To me the use of blutooth is unpredictable on Windows and I have never succeeded in getting speakers connected to Mac OS.
On the positive, it works with any DLNA server and has a powerful sound, although a bit too bass-y.
