Vastly improved! The early apps rarely work and were very unreliable. Spent most of my time with tech support. As a matter of fact, it was so bad I even returned my speaker thinking it was defective. I guess enough complaints were register, because now it always works, even when I disconnect the speaker and moved it. Thank you Denon for making it right! I almost was going to give snd return the system. Since the up grades, I am glad I didnt.
